How do I order?
You can either place an order directly through the shop, or contact me to discuss your project in more detail. Either action will place you next in the queue of paintings to work on.
What sort of reference photos should I send?
It's incredibly helpful to send a variety of reference photos, that are well lit and show your pet at their best. If there's a specific photo you want painted, let me know. Otherwise, I'll pick what I think will look best.
How long will my order take to complete?
Because each piece is hand painted by me, artwork can take up to a month to complete, depending on the amount of orders I'm currently working on. Please plan accordingly - if you're ordering art as a gift for someone else and need it by a certain date, order well in advance to ensure it arrives in time.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on your location - please enter your shipping address during checkout to see rate options.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the amount of work that goes into creating each custom piece, I don’t offer refunds once your painting is complete. However, I want you to LOVE your finished work of art, and am happy to discuss with you throughout the painting process any changes you'd like made.
