Refund policy

Custom Art

All original artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to the amount of time and work that goes into making each custom piece. If you placed your order very recently and I haven't yet begun making it, you can still reach out to cancel the order - please email nao@napcatart.com and let me know the reason for cancelling.

Print Club

Print club memberships can be cancelled at any time. While I don't offer refunds on previous months, I'm happy to re-send an order if there's an issue with it (damaged print, letter never delivered, etc).

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be refunded to the buyer up until the point that they are redeemed by the recipient. At that point they become final sale.
